How long does shipping take?

Shipping time begins after your personalized piece has been prepared. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to you. ♡

Can I return or exchange my personalized jewelry?

Because each CalZone piece is personalized and made specifically for you, personalized items are final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged unless your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order. ♡

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We want you to love your CalZone piece. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible after delivery with your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll help make it right. ♡

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin preparing personalized orders soon after they’re placed. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your piece has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. ♡
