How do I personalize my necklace?

Enter your name, initials, date, number, or word exactly as you’d like it engraved. Please double-check your spelling before placing your order, as each piece is made just for you. ♡

Can I engrave the back too?

Yes! Front engraving is included with your necklace. You can add optional back engraving for $5 more. Use it for another name, date, initials, or a little something meaningful to you. ♡

How long does processing take?

Each CalZone piece is made just for you. Personalized pieces are typically prepared to ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow your piece all the way to you. ♡

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?

Because each piece is personalized just for you, we begin preparing orders soon after they’re placed. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. Once your piece has entered production, changes or cancellations may not be possible. ♡

What if I enter my personalization incorrectly?

Please double-check all names, initials, dates, numbers, and spelling before placing your order. CaliZone Studios is not responsible for personalization entered incorrectly at checkout. ♡
